The process begins with a conversation. How you ride, where you ride, and what you expect from the bike are defined clearly from the outset. This forms the foundation for everything that follows.
02 | Design and Specification.
From there, the bike is defined in detail. Geometry, drivetrain, electrical system, and finishing are specified together, ensuring the build is coherent from the start, not pieced together later.
03 | Kustomflow preparation & execution.
Every surface is considered at this stage. Frame, fork, carbon fibre components, handlebars, and finishing parts are prepared properly before any paint or coating is applied.
Colour, lacquer, detailing, and final finish are built up through a controlled process so the bike takes on real depth, definition, and presence.
This is where the build begins to separate itself. Not as a collection of parts, but as a one off with its own identity.
04 | Handbuilding
The frame is only the starting point. Each Evari is built by hand using carefully selected components and e-systems, chosen to suit the brief and assembled as one complete machine.
This is where specification becomes substance. Performance, reliability, and finish are not treated separately. They are resolved together, so the finished bike feels right from the first ride and continues to do so long after.
05 | Sign-off and Delivery
The final stage is about getting every detail exactly right. Your Evari is checked, tested, and prepared for handover so that the finished machine feels complete in every sense.
This is the moment the whole process comes together. What arrives is not simply a new bike, but a one off built around you, ready to be ridden, owned, and remembered.
