Thank you for choosing an Evari product. We stand behind the quality of our bikes and are committed to your satisfaction. In the unlikely event of an issue, please refer to the provisions below.
Evari Bikes Limited ("Evari", "we", "our") provides a 2-year warranty for the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship, effective from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies to the following Evari-manufactured components:
• Frame
• Forks
• Handlebars
• Seat post
• Integrated components unique to Evari bikes
A defect under this warranty refers to any material failure or fault in manufacturing that:
• Exists at the time of delivery; and
• Results in a functional weakness, including but not limited to de-lamination of carbon fibre in the frame, forks, handlebars, or seat post.
All non-Evari components (such as drivetrain, motor, battery, wheels, brakes, or other branded parts) are covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty. These are subject to the respective brand's terms, which may vary in duration and coverage.
If your bike is damaged in transit, you must inform us within one working day of delivery. We will arrange for repair or replacement of affected components at no cost to you.

• A clear description of the issue
• Photographs of the bike/component
• Proof of purchase and your order number
2. Once your claim is reviewed and accepted, we will provide instructions for return and inspection.
3. If the fault is covered, Evari will repair or replace the component free of charge. Return shipping will be arranged at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover:
• Natural wear and tear (e.g. brake pads, chains, bearings, tyres, grips, seals, etc.)
• Damage due to accident, misuse, improper storage, or impact (e.g. crashing or the bike falling over)
• Damage caused by unauthorised servicing or non-Bosch certified repair
• Use of incorrect cleaning products or procedures
• Modifications to the frame or geometry (e.g. repainting, drilling, or cutting)
• Environmental damage (corrosion, UV discolouration, etc.)
• Commercial use (hire fleets, courier services, etc.), unless explicitly agreed in writing
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts. Evari shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, or commercial loss.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
