These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods by Evari Bikes Limited ("we", "us", or "our") to you, the customer ("you" or "your"). Please read them carefully before placing an order. By ordering from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order with us. These terms apply to all sales made through our website, custom studio consultations, or direct contact.
A contract is formed once you receive written confirmation from us that your order has been accepted. Prior to this, any communication or pricing is an invitation to treat and not a binding offer.
All goods are described as accurately as possible on our website or via direct consultation. As many of our products are made to order or customised, small variations in colour or finish may occur.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all custom specifications provided are correct. We are not liable for errors arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is required in full prior to production unless alternative terms have been agreed. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.
Delivery times are estimates only and will vary depending on specification and component availability. You will be notified of estimated delivery at the time of order confirmation. Ownership of the goods transfers upon full payment and delivery.
We can deliver internationally by arrangement. Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are your responsibility.
Risk transfers to you upon delivery. Title to the goods remains with us until payment is received in full.
Because our bikes are made to order or custom built, cancellation rights under consumer distance selling regulations do not apply once production has started. If you cancel prior to this, a refund may be offered at our discretion. Statutory rights in respect of faulty goods remain unaffected.
Evari bikes are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Details will be provided with your product. Warranty claims must be supported by proof of purchase and subject to inspection.
We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or any business-related losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the goods. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
All branding, product design, photography, and content on our site are the intellectual property of Evari Bikes Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use any part without written permission.
We are not liable for failure to fulfil any obligation due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supply chain disruptions, transport delays, or natural events.
We will only use your personal data as set out in our
Privacy Policy. You agree to our use of electronic communication for contract formation and service updates.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
