Our Process.

From first contact to final handover, our simple 5 step process is built on listening. We take the time to understand each rider’s needs — whether it’s a question of aesthetics, performance, or preparing for a thousand-mile journey. We offer guidance where needed, experience where it matters, and clarity throughout. Every build begins with a conversation — and ends with a bike that fits its purpose perfectly.

Consultation.

Every bespoke build begins with a detailed consultation, where we listen carefully to your needs, aspirations, and technical requirements — setting the foundation for a truly individual machine.

I’m now nearing 1000 miles of commuting on my Evari and have loved every minute, my old Vespa scooter is feeling a bit cheated as is my old road bike which is permanently stuck on a wall now :)

Design and Specification.

We translate your vision into a detailed design and technical specification, carefully selecting components, finishes, and performance elements to ensure every aspect is tailored to your exact requirements.

Kustomflow preparation & execution.

Every surface is considered — frame, fork, carbon fibre components, handlebars, stem, seatpost, and brake calipers are meticulously prepared and finished. Each part is treated individually to achieve a seamless, flawless final aesthetic.

Specification and Build.

Our award-winning frame is just the beginning. We specify only the finest components and e-systems, delivering performance, reliability, and peace of mind — whether for daily rides or thousand-mile journeys.

Delivery and Sign-off.

Your bespoke Evari is hand-assembled, tested, and prepared for handover. We ensure every detail is correct, every finish flawless — delivering a machine ready for a lifetime of performance and adventure.

I would be lying if I said I didn’t have some concerns about spending so much money for a bike from a small British company. But I am delighted I did!
